June 15, 2023 – The weather has been very good this year for all the tarpon fishing we do in the Florida Keys. Fly fishing, live bait or artificial spin fishing no matter. The fishing has been better than it has in the last few years.

Fishing Report

Reports out of Key West at Dream Catcher Charters have been good. The half day morning trips have been making it happen in the Key West harbor for the guys wanting to get it done chucking some bait. It has been kind of crowded but the fish are chewing.

On the flats the tarpon are marching down the beach offering our fly fishing clients a shot at the silver king with a fly rod.

We really do not see it slowing down. We think the fish will be chewing all the way into July and August.
